I sometimes travel when I sleep In a dream, I once had a conversation with a woman about what our relationship would be like when we met. I later met her in real life.

Long, long ago, I actually used to date a woman in dream. She'd walk along the ground, while I'd float along beside her about a foot off the ground. She left me for "a real boy." I met him, briefly, when she broke up with me, though I think that was more to prove to him that I was real than for my benefit.

I've had other shared dreams, as well as visions while asleep, dreams of sacred stories from foreign lands, etc.

On one occasion I did step out of my body. Alas, that was all too brief, as the phone rang and it was disconcerting to hear it from both sets of ears.
